Hope Written Backwards
What We'd Tell Our Younger Selves About Rising and Reclaiming
What if the wisdom you need today is already waiting in the story of where you've been?
Hope Written Backwards is an anthology of honest reflections, stories and wisdom from people who have experienced change, challenge, growth and transformation.
Through the simple act of looking back, these stories offer messages of hope for the people we once were β and encouragement for the people we are still becoming.
Why This Book Matters
Many people move through life feeling disconnected from themselves.
They carry old stories, meet responsibilities and keep going β while something inside remains unheard.
Hope Written Backwards invites us to pause, reflect and listen to the wisdom within our own experiences.
Because sometimes, looking back with compassion can help us move forward with greater awareness, self-trust and hope.
Why I Created This Book
I created Hope Written Backwards from a belief that sometimes we discover our greatest wisdom by looking back at what we've lived through.
There are things we understand now that we couldn't have understood then. Things we wish someone had told us. Reminders we needed when life felt uncertain, painful or overwhelming.
This book brings those reflections together as an invitation to pause, look back with compassion, and recognise how far we have come.
Because our past does not have to define us. It can also remind us of our strength, our growth and our capacity to rise again.
Who Is This Book For?
Hope Written Backwards is for adults who are reflecting on where they've been, navigating change, rebuilding confidence or simply looking for a little more hope as they move forward.
